These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ax999 platform, including all games, betting markets, account features, bonuses, and payment services available at ax999.ws. Each individual may hold only one registered ax999 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
ax999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: national identity card (CNIC), passport, utility bill, bank statement, or payment method ownership confirmation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ax999 may result in account suspension or closure.
Age Verification: ax999 uses automated and manual age verification procedures. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. All funds in the account, including any winnings, will be forfeited and will not be returned.
To register an ax999 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You undertake to keep your registration details updated at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ax999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ax999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account credentials.
If you suspect that your ax999 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ax999 support immediately via live chat. ax999 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected unauthorised access.
All ax999 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bets, and winnings are displayed and processed in PKR. ax999 does not support multi-currency accounts. There is no currency conversion applied to PKR transactions.
ax999 supports the following PKR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time at ax999's sole discretion.
Deposits are processed in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits follow the processing schedule of the originating institution. ax999 does not charge any platform fees on deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the ax999 account cashier and may be amended from time to time.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into your ax999 Account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name following successful KYC. ax999 processes withdrawal requests within standard operational timeframes. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers, which are subject to the receiving institution's settlement schedule.
ax999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed if the account holds an active bonus subject to wagering requirements, until those requirements have been satisfied or the bonus has been forfeited. ax999 may impose transaction limits and may request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
Segregated Funds: ax999 holds player funds in accounts that are kept separate from ax999's operational funds. Your PKR balance is not used to fund ax999's business operations and is maintained solely for the purpose of settling player withdrawals and game outcomes.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by ax999 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds credited to your ax999 Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live dealer games, sports betting, and table games may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements within the specified promotional period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
ax999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where ax999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or any other conduct that ax999 determines to be inconsistent with normal bonus usage.
Players may hold only one active bonus at a time on ax999. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus status. Players should review the specific promotion terms before making additional deposits during an active bonus period.
Each game and betting market available on ax999 is governed by specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant betting market page. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.
ax999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where: a bet is placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded; a system or pricing error has occurred; ax999 has reason to suspect match manipulation or integrity concerns; or the bet would result in a payout that exceeds ax999's applicable liability limits.
In the event of a software error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, ax999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the affected players' accounts. ax999 is not liable for any loss arising from a technical error beyond its reasonable control. "In case of malfunction, all pays and plays are void" applies to all ax999 games.
If you experience a disconnection during a game session, ax999's system will complete the round in accordance with the game's programmed logic. ax999 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other technical interruptions on the player's side.
Cricket and other sports betting markets on ax999, including PSL and international fixtures, are subject to the ax999 Sports Betting Rules. Settlement of in-play and pre-match bets follows official competition results as reported by recognised governing bodies. ax999 may delay settlement pending official confirmation in the case of disputed or protested results.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ax999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance: ax999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, multi-accounting, and collusion. All suspicious activity is reported to ax999's compliance team and, where legally required, to the appropriate authorities. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ax999's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ax999 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ax999 shall not be liable for: indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; gaming losses resulting from your own decisions; or losses arising from circumstances beyond ax999's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, government actions, or force majeure events.
Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you participate in games and betting markets on ax999 voluntarily and at your own financial risk. ax999 does not guarantee any particular outcome and is not liable for gaming losses that result from the normal operation of its games and markets.

Upon account closure, your licence to use the ax999 Platform terminates immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 11, and 15 — shall continue to apply following account closure.
ax999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ax999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice posted on the ax999 Platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the ax999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the ax999 Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ax999's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
